Thermofused melamine has always had a long lead time when you order anything other than standard colors. At Roücke we offer our press as a solution to companies that require a different level of service.
High Pressure Laminate Panels (HPL)
Using our cold-press laminating line by Black Bros., we apply high pressure laminate and wood veneers directly to high-quality particleboard, fire-rated particleboard, standard MDF, Medex®, Medite II®, Arreis®, NAUF particleboard, plywood, or just about any substrate you can think of.

Roücke G is our line of thermofused melamine and high pressure
laminated panels that are manufactured with sustainable substrates. The
MDF cores use a formaldehyde-free adhesive system, and the
particleboard cores have no added urea formaldehyde in their resin.
They are all made from 100% recycled wood fiber.
